We all know that in order for our wedding business to flourish, we have to be bringing in new clients. That’s true for most businesses, but it’s especially crucial in our industry, because the vast majority of our clients are one-time clients – which means that unlike other types of businesses, we can’t necessarily focus on repeat customers to keep our businesses growing. Now, there are of course some exceptions to this – for example, many wedding photographers are able to turn their past wedding clients into long-term clients by offering things like maternity photos, family photos, and so forth. But by and large, our clients are one-time clients. This means that we have an additional challenge when it comes to sustaining or growing our business – we constantly have to focus on bringing in new couples.
